Minimum qualification for the admission in B.H.M.S. course.

The candidate should have passed intermediate/higher secondary (10+2) examination or equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, and biology as his/her subjects from any recognized board or university.

The candidate should be 17 years of age on or before 31st December of the year of his/her admission in the first of B.H.M.S. course.

Documents required at the time of admission :-

1. 12th marksheet.

2. 10th marksheet.

3. Leaving certificate/transfer certificate.

4. Gap certificate (if necessary).

5. Passport size photograph (3 copies).

6. Domicile certificate.

7. Cast certificate.

8. Migration certificate (for other state students).

9. Medical fitness certificate.
